• To book a session, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the service is required.

• Advance payments are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.

The amounts paid for studio rental are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.

All copyrights to the photographs taken remain the property of the Photographer.

The client has the right to withdraw from the contract before the session, but the deposit will not be refunded.

• The client is not entitled to a refund after the photo session, even if he or she is not satisfied with the results.

• Once the photos have been taken, any amounts paid are non-refundable.

• Photo processing may take up to 14 business days from the session date.

• Does not return unedited, original photo files.

The photographer may use the photographs taken for promotional purposes unless the Client expresses written objection.
